Cuddles Therapy has long been part of the bodywork field in America and England and is finally becoming more and more popular in Germany, too!

The positive effects of the feel-good hormone oxytocin, which is increasingly expelled when cuddling, range from lowering bloodpressure over relaxing and curing sleep problems to reducing anxiety and depression.

My loving, nourishing and maternal energy makes it easy for you to let go and relax into my arms.

Cuddling is done in comfortable clothing, such as sweatpants and T-shirts or pajamas.

In the talk before the session, we will clarify your needs and wishes with a cup of tea and also talk about your fears and limits, so that you can fully engage and feel safe in the contact. In the session we can be totally still or I can stroke your back and fondle your head. We can try out different positions and change however you like.

The interest in cuddling has been growing massively for several years now. Every city has its own cuddle parties and what used to be unthinkable is now part of the everyday reality of many people.

With my offer, I want to create an extension to the cuddle party – a space for people who prefer cuddling 1 on 1 instead of in the group.

I am part of “Die Kuschelkiste” (the cuddlebox) – the first German-speaking association for professional cuddling.
